Due to the custom-printed nature of our products, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchases. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and colors carefully before placing your order.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at alyssa-xmp-shop@support.fourthwall.com within 7 days of receipt. We will review each inquiry on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.
Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy except where required by law. We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are custom-printed, so please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipping. We’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier availability, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship all items within the U.S. only. For international shoppers, please note that some products may not be available for global shipping. If a specific item cannot be shipped to your location, this will be clearly indicated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at alyssa-xmp-shop@support.fourthwall.com. While we are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, we’ll do our best to assist with locating your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. cherrytheory is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at the time of purchase.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
- Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges, which vary by country. We are unable to calculate these fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for information about your country’s policies. If fees are applied to your package, you are responsible for their payment.
